Would I stay here again? A firm no. The room was too humid, the bed felt damp, and there was a puddle under it. The bathroom is outside, but the mosquitoes made it impossible for me to go out onto the balcony. At least breakfast was available. The front desk staff seem to leave on their own, so you have to check out quickly or risk missing them. I have other complaints too, but can't fit them all here. The reviews are fake.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the stay was overpriced. We had a double room and a connecting family room, and all three rooms smelled bad. The rooms and common areas were old and dirty, and the hotel had no other facilities. It took about 40 minutes to drive to the Old Town and 45 to 60 minutes to the airport.

I dropped my luggage off at noon, and the staff confirmed that check-in would be at 2:00 PM and everything was fine. When I came back at 4:00 PM, tired and ready to rest, they told me the room was unavailable. They must have known about the overbooking at noon but didn't tell me. I had to go to a sister hotel that was older and in much worse condition. They offered 200,000 VND plus a taxi as compensation, which felt insulting for such a downgrade. Very dishonest. Don't stay here if you need to know you'll have a room.

What a waste of money. The AC in the twin room we booked wasn't working. I contacted reception, and they said it was an AC problem and had been fixed, but the room didn't feel any cooler afterward.
