We stayed for a week with family over the Tet holiday and had a very pleasant time. Even with limited staff, they were quick to respond and helpful, and the reception staff were warm and welcoming. The rooms were nice and clean. The neighborhood is lively, with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

We booked four nights after spotting this boutique hotel online and liking its look. The price per night was superb, and the breakfast was amazing. It's right in the middle of the old quarter, about a seven-minute walk from Lake Hoan Kiem. It does get a little noisy during the day, though my comment about that trails off. The room was super nice, the bed extremely comfortable, and the place was relaxing to come back to after a long day out. The staff were so welcoming and did everything they could to accommodate us. Kudos to Kim, Stella, Elliot, who you'll likely meet at reception, Tuan Ahn on the night shift, and Hoang at the breakfast restaurant. They were all amazing and went above and beyond, from food and attraction suggestions to simple room needs. First time in Hanoi, and I'll book here again when I return.

Breakfast was great, and the location worked perfectly for us, close to Bancong and Banh Mi 25. We had a lovely 3D2N stay, and our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel kindly stored our luggage for two days while we visited Sapa. All the staff were friendly, especially Ms. Stella and the gentleman with glasses at reception.

After having to escape from a dump with fake photos and reviews, I ended up at this hotel. It fully met my expectations: modern, very clean, and with really nice staff. My room had a spacious bathroom and a balcony with lovely views of Hanoi.

The girls at the front desk were the highlight. They could help with all kinds of questions and requests. The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and great value for money, with spacious, modern, quiet rooms. It's also well placed, within walking distance of attractions and amenities. Looking forward to coming back!
