We needed somewhere at the last minute in the middle of the night because of a problem at another hotel. It was no trouble getting a room here, and we were in it within five minutes. The room was clean and really lovely.

I felt very unsafe here as a solo female traveler. I slept with the light on all night and left after just one night. They refunded my second night, thankfully, though I think the whole stay should have been refunded. I complained twice in the evening about the problems below, but nothing was done. There was a cigarette smell in the room, the Wi-Fi didn't work, the towels were dirty and gray, the bathroom wasn't clean, and there was no hot water. The shower cubicle had a window, and the bedroom had a door leading to a creepy, empty part of the building. The blind covering the shower window was moldy. The room door had a peephole and an exposed keyhole, which made me think it could be unlocked even when bolted. The whole place had a very weird vibe. As a solo woman, I wouldn't stay again.

I slept really well here. The rooms and the building are very soundproof, and I had no trouble resting at all. Breakfast was delightful, and all the staff were very accommodating. English was a bit of a barrier, but translation apps handled it fine. I'd rate the stay 9/10.

The rooms were nice and big, and both the price and location were good. Construction noise carried on for most of the day, until around 7 pm. The shower flooded a little, but it didn't really bother me.
