The pool and gym are actually two blocks away, inside another hotel, rather than in this building. The area feels local, but there isn’t much variety in good restaurants. Staff were helpful when we needed them, though their English wasn’t very strong, and the soundproofing could be better. The rooms feel visibly dated, with signs of wear. The thermostat is locked, and the shower temperature is controlled centrally, so the water was often lukewarm with no way to make it hotter. I don’t understand why Google calls this a four star hotel when the hotel’s own welcome guide doesn’t claim that rating. That listing needs to be corrected. For me, the place felt closer to two stars than the four Google shows.

At the same price, I’d rather stay in a boutique hotel in the Old Quarter, where the quality, cleanliness, and service are much better. This place looks appealing at first, but the details let it down: the towels weren’t white, the room smelled, breakfast staff weren’t pleasant, and the menu was limited and poor quality. I’d rather eat out. Hope they improve.

The washroom was very clean, and the hotel was super nice and clean overall. Breakfast was really yummy, and the staff were lovely and always ready to help. It had all the amenities I’d expect from a hotel of this quality.

Booking online is good value. It’s definitely cheaper than booking directly with the hotel.

A really comfortable, nice hotel, with friendly staff who were happy to help. One of the women spoke English fluently, and she was great.
