I spent my February/March trip to Hanoi here, and it felt comfortable despite being tucked along a busy street. Shops, restaurants, coffee places, and the Loop Shopping Center are all within walking distance. The apartment's quality is top notch: there's a large kitchen with an electronic stove, a bright modern restroom, and a spacious walk-in closet. A wall of windows separates the living and sleeping areas. If it were in California, U.S., it could easily rent for $2000+ a month. It works for a short stay or long-term rental, and the rooftop laundry machines come with an amazing view of the surrounding area.

I stayed for a full month and found the cleaning and safety service great. The location was great too, with lots of facilities nearby.

The room was clean and came fully furnished. Right in central Hanoi, so it's easy to get around everywhere. Excellent!

After they asked me to cancel my online booking, saying there were no rooms left and pushing me toward more expensive rooms, I was left really disappointed. Once I canceled, they told the OTA I had still checked in as normal and wouldn't refund me or cancel the room. Avoid.
