I’ve been staying here for three months while working nearby. It’s a good spot, with supermarkets and restaurants close by, and the staff are really friendly. Only downside is the WiFi, it’s very slow.

The place at house number 107 has been blasting karaoke day and night lately. It used to be a really nice place to stay, but now I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re fine being awake all night. I’m from Saigon, and it’s hard to believe this kind of noise pollution can carry on day after day, month after month, right in the capital. There’s been 24/7 karaoke noise from number 107 lately. This used to be a lovely place to stay, but I can’t recommend it now unless you want to lose sleep all night.

Our family had plenty of room in this clean two-bedroom apartment. The price includes both cleaning and laundry, though the cleaning staff take Sundays off. Vincom Center is nearby, with Uniqlo and Pizza 4Piece, and there are restaurants around too, so everyday needs are easy to manage. The front desk is open 24 hours, but the staff don’t speak English, so you’ll need Google Translate.
