Our room was clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. The food was delicious, with lots of good choices during our stay. The friendly staff were always ready to help, and their attention to the little details made the trip feel special. Thanks to the whole team for such a lovely visit. We’d happily come back and recommend the hotel.

Rose, the Guest Experience Manager, gave me such a warm welcome. We had a long, genuine chat, and she shared useful advice suited to the way I travel, including places beyond the usual tourist list and ideas for future destinations. That personal attention really stayed with me. My room didn’t have a conventional outside window, which I was a little unsure about at first. But a vertical light shaft brings daylight in from above, so it felt cozy rather than closed in, and worked well for resting. The hotel itself was quiet, with excellent soundproofing and a high level of comfort. Everything looked spotless, well made, and thoughtfully designed. The place seemed either very new or exceptionally well maintained, with none of the worn interiors I’ve seen elsewhere. Breakfast was a highlight too, with quality ingredients and a good balance of choices, not just a standard mass hotel buffet. They also let me check in early even though I arrived well before the official time and hadn’t asked in advance. Very professional and attentive. Du Lac Signature lived up to, and even exceeded, the photos and reviews, which is rare in Hanoi. I’d absolutely stay here again for the quiet, comfort, five star standards, and authentic hospitality.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and it was easy to get around the city from there. What made the visit memorable was how thoughtful the team were. Rose and Danny from management created a welcoming atmosphere and were always available, while Lisa, Tracy, Louisa, Winnie, and the rest of the staff were consistently kind and professional. Their local tips made exploring much easier. They suggested tailor shops and attractions, including the Water Puppet Show, and helped with questions and arrangements. I had experiences I might otherwise have missed. Thanks to Rose, Danny, Lisa, Tracy, Louisa, Winnie, and the whole team for making me feel so well looked after. I’d gladly return and recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We were delighted to get a complimentary room upgrade for our last night. The team were lovely throughout, especially Broky at reception and Irene in the restaurant. The facilities are beautiful, and the main attractions are an easy walk away. A great option in Hà Nội if you want comfort and a bit of luxury.
