The people were really helpful. Nights got a bit noisier than I liked, though.

The low room price is the main plus here. It feels more like a budget guesthouse, tucked down an alley that's a little tricky to locate. Room quality was average, and there weren't any amenities.

The bedsheets were filthy and full of bugs. The room itself was dirty too, and the equipment was old and falling apart.

Dirty, old, and run-down. That's how the hotel felt to me.

It was clean and centrally located, and the rate was affordable at 200,000 VND a night.
