The reception was helpful, the breakfast buffet was nice, and there’s a handy little convenience store nearby. We had a very nice stay at Stella Hotel, with a comfortable room and a lovely rooftop pool overlooking Halong Bay, where we watched the sunset. One thing about payment: if you offer to cover the credit card fee, you should be able to pay by card. Otherwise, you may have to pay for the room in cash.

The pool was lovely and the hotel was nice. Staff were very helpful, but low season meant there were no food options. Both restaurants were closed, and there wasn’t anywhere nearby to eat. Not ideal.

Breakfast was amazing every day, and the staff were always there to help with anything. Such a pleasant hotel stay. I’ll definitely come back.

This was not a good holiday experience. The hotel didn’t consider the customer’s rights, and I’ll never come back. I hope you read this.

The room was nice, and the pool was beautiful. It’s near the beach.
