The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything was simple and accommodating. We were lucky enough to enjoy fresh oysters with them, which were out of this world. The stay was exceptional and sensational value for money. I’m looking forward to visiting again.

I went on vacation here with friends, and we were well looked after from meals to getting around. The staff helped us a lot with our accommodations, pointed us to good local food spots, got us a motorcycle to the hotel, and arranged a discounted boat tour. We really didn’t have to worry about anything. I’m happy with their service and would recommend the place to anyone wanting help with everything from A to Z.

The service was the highlight of my one-night stay. Son Tung at reception was kind and helpful, and found me a taxi quickly at the best price. The hotel was really clean, quiet, and spacious, and the price was really good. Thanks again for the hospitality!

The rooms were super clean and ready when we checked in, and the price was good. Front desk staff helped a lot and gave us plenty of recommendations for things to do nearby. Had a great experience and would definitely recommend booking here.

Aland Hotel was a fantastic experience. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and accessible. Check-in and check-out were both super smooth. I highly recommend it if you’re staying in Ha Long.
