I had a great experience for the whole week and will stay here again when I next visit Hanoi. The room was clean and made up every day, with everything kept in good order. The mattress and pillows were really comfortable too. My plans kept changing, so several times I had to ask at the last minute to extend my stay just as the room was about to expire. The staff quickly arranged temporary extensions each time, so I didn't have to change rooms. From my first day, the front desk team were professional and friendly, helping me check in and explaining the services.

The location is hard to beat, and the hotel was spotless from top to bottom. We were a family of 8, and M Village Tho Nhuom made everything easy: Annie & Trị arranged rides, restaurant bookings, and nearby points of interest, starting before we arrived and continuing through departure. The breakfast was impeccable, with a good mix of authentic Vietnamese and Western food, and the restaurant team went above and beyond each morning. There’s even a laundry room with front-loading machines and detergent, which suited our light-packing approach. We booked on a whim and were so pleasantly surprised by the service. As someone who travels around the world, this was the best concierge I’ve experienced. We highly recommend staying here.

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, better than at other Hanoi hotels I’ve tried in the same price range. My room was spacious, clean, and nicely designed, with windows and a balcony that made it more comfortable. The location beside the Old Quarter was very convenient for seeing the city. Service was excellent throughout: Ms. Trang was especially attentive, and Thu and Quang were friendly and supportive while I was traveling with a group. A wonderful stay, and one of the best hotels I’ve experienced for this price. Highly recommended for a Hanoi visit.

The room was cleaned every day, and the housekeeping staff kept fresh towels coming, which we really appreciated. We arrived around 11:30 pm after a long day of travel, and Yen greeted us so warmly that we felt comfortable right away. He kept checking that everything was okay and was ready to help before we even needed to ask. His care and pride in his work really showed. The free laundry room is a great perk, and breakfast had a huge range of really good food, with something for everyone. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms work well for travellers. I arrived well before check-in after a very long trip to Vietnam, and they had my room ready within five minutes. Since I’m diabetic, they also kindly found me something to eat. The young woman at reception was polite, professional, and helpful. I’d highly recommend staying here.
