Soleil Boutique Hotel

The staff were fantastic, the air conditioning worked really well, and breakfast was very nice. Any questions or requests were handled right away. Our room was on the small side and looked out onto a wall, though I assume only a few rooms are like that. Easy Hotel is in a perfect spot. I’d recommend it and would stay again.

The rooftop pool and bar were a welcome break after walking around in Hanoi’s heat, and the dining area was nicely decorated. My wife and I spent three nights here in early April and felt comfortable and very welcome. We didn’t hear street noise, and the location was great. The staff and breakfast options were both excellent, too. They also let us leave our large backpacks there while we spent three days in Sapa, then pick them up when we returned. Great value.

We only had one night here, but the service made a big impression. Jerry, Peter, and Quan were outstanding. They carried our bags, welcomed us with fresh drinks, and sent fruit to the room. We were even able to extend checkout from noon to 7 p.m. for a very small fee. Laundry was picked up from our room and returned in six hours, and the free breakfast buffet was excellent, with eggs made to order. They also arranged our airport ride, which helped a lot. The hotel is beautiful, with black and white marble throughout. We felt like royalty. 10/10, we’d stay again.

We wished we'd booked more than one night. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great. Breakfast was good as well. The location made it easy to walk everywhere, though you could hear some traffic. It didn't bother us while sleeping. Would definitely recommend :)
