The rooms are roomy and cozy, and the staff were helpful throughout. It's easy to walk to the lake, beer street, train street, the old market, and shopping malls from here. There are Indian restaurants nearby too. A great option for visitors to Vietnam.

They wanted our credit card through Agoda and threatened to cancel the booking. We ended up wishing we'd let them. The lobby smelled like urine, and the bathroom's glass sliding door means you have no privacy when using the toilet.

Kenny and Happy at reception were so kind. Happy was always smiling and ready to help, and Kenny's English was great. He even carried our 24kg luggage to the Grab pickup, a 2-3 minute walk away, because road closures meant the car couldn't reach the hotel. We really appreciated that. The hotel is in the center, near famous cafés, recommended places to visit, and the HK Bus Line office. The property closes at midnight, but someone is always inside to let you in. I'd recommend staying here, the staff make a big difference.

Wild Lotus has spacious rooms with all the amenities, and you can walk to lots of places from the hotel. From arrival until departure, the staff were attentive and very helpful. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to friends or family.
