Wins Apartment

Our one bedroom apartment was bright, clean, and well maintained. The staff and management were friendly and accommodating, and we had lovely light through the window with a view of the nearby exercise park. The neighborhood stays quiet at night but is still easy to get around from. The washing machine was very useful for our extended stay. We'd highly recommend it and look for it again if we return to Hanoi.

After my first night in Hanoi, spent across town at a different hotel, I couldn't understand why people liked the noisy city. Friends told me about this hotel and area, and then I finally got the charm of Hanoi. It's on an island, so people don't pass through as a shortcut, which keeps it quiet. There are lots of delicious food options close by. The place was spotless, and the managers were incredibly helpful. They personally guided me and drove me to see some local sights. I'll definitely stay here again.

The entrance is below ground and looks like a car park, so it isn't obvious at first, but don't let that put you off. There's a lift to every floor. Inside, the apartment was large, clean, and well equipped, with a very comfortable bed and nice linen. It had Netflix and a washing machine too. The gentleman who welcomed us and kept an eye on things was gracious, attentive, and always smiling. The manager replied to questions almost immediately and offered help, which they gave when we asked. Seriously good place to stay.

We had a comfortable stay in a good spot away from the bustle of the old town, though some landmarks are still an easy walk away. There are nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby.
