The covered, guarded motorbike parking was a real comfort, and the hotel is close to restaurants and things to do. My room was clean, airy, and quieter than I expected, which made it easy to relax after exploring. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I had a wonderful stay at Khách Sạn Ngọc Thành in Rạch Giá, and found it very good value. I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting.
The staff are great, and I like that it’s away from the noisy main strip without being inconveniently located. It was built in 2018, so everything felt immaculate and new. The price is very reasonable, about the same as nearby two- or three-star hotels. I visit Rach Gia two or three times a year, and this is going to be my regular place.

The hotel can help you buy tickets to islands such as Phu Quoc or Nam Du, and the prices are good. It’s also a good spot near both the city center and the sea, and it was quiet. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for that combination.
I spent 20 days here during Tét, and the staff really made it feel like home. About $14 a night? Shiiiiiiiiiiii!t.
