Loved the room's modern look and how clean it was, and the bed was really comfortable. Since it's an apartment rather than a hotel, having a stove, washing machine, and other useful amenities made a big difference. The area is handy too, with cafes and little shops an easy walk away. The room setup is worth knowing about: there wasn't a proper balcony or window. The space called a balcony was a small room with a drying rack, and the windows were frosted glass. We were told this in advance. The power sockets by the bed are very close together, so a large plug blocks the other one. The receptionist wasn't often at the desk, which made coordinating payment tricky, though extra towels were left out for self-service when we asked. I'd stay again if I get the chance.

Lynn (Linh) helped us arrange day trips to Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay, which was a lovely bonus. We spent seven days here and found the accommodation fully furnished and close to groceries, places to eat, and pharmacies. West Lake, Hoan Kiem Lake, and the Ho Chi Minh mausoleum were all within walking distance. It worked really well for a longer stay in Hanoi. Thanks, Lynn, and all the best!

The receptionist deserves a special thank you. She was warm, kind, and ready to help, which made our stay even nicer. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and stylish, and it was always pleasant to return after time out in the busy city. The Old Quarter is only a few minutes away on foot, with street food, markets, and cafes nearby. Even with all the activity just outside, the apartment stayed quiet, so it was easy to relax and still feel Hanoi's atmosphere.

Having a washer and dryer was so useful after we'd been traveling for a few days. The modern studio was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It felt like home for the night. Highly recommend it.

Linh was so kind and made sure our needs were taken care of. The photos matched the place completely, and the interior decor was stunning. It's an easy walk to the Old Quarter, but far enough away from the busiest streets to get some peace while still being close to everything. The stay exceeded my expectations and was the most comfortable I've had anywhere in the world. I'd absolutely recommend it for a memorable visit.
