Getting around was easy, and the staff helped collect my laundry from outside while I was away. The rooms and service were great, and there's a coffee place inside. Food was the weak spot: most dishes contain beef, pork, or other meat, and there are only one or two vegetarian options. You have to tell them in advance even for those. Still, I had a good stay.

The hotel itself was good, but breakfast was a letdown for an Indian vegetarian. The choices were just bread, butter, fruit, and salad. No puri sabzi, parantha, or South Indian options like dosa, vada, or idli. I was really disappointed with the menu.

The reception staff were helpful, but breakfast was below average and the room felt more like a three-star one. I stayed three nights on the first floor. The bathroom door didn't seal properly, and there was a drainage smell in there.

During the Reunification holiday, I found the rooms good value and the bed really comfortable. Breakfast was hit and miss, though mostly okay.

The bed was the best part for me. I had a hard time finding somewhere with a soft bed, and this one worked. The rest was less convincing: it felt quite expensive, the breakfast buffet had very few choices, and it was noisy both outside and inside. I was on the sixth floor, and it stayed loud until midnight, then started again at 5:30 am. I asked staff several times to address it, but it always took a while.
