Hanoi Graceful Hotel

The breakfast was what I appreciated most. There was plenty of variety, including options that suited tourists like me who aren't very used to Vietnamese food, and it gave me something to look forward to each morning before touring Hanoi. The staff were kind, caring and easy to deal with. Our room was always clean, and our belongings were safe and untouched. It was also easy to get to the hotel from the airport and the Sao Viet bus station.

Ha at reception was so helpful with booking our transfers, night trains and even flights to other parts of the country. They also let us store our luggage after checkout before our train days. The rooms were really nice, with comfortable beds and a great balcony, and the location made it easy to walk everywhere. Amazing value for money and a perfect base for our Hanoi stay. I’d highly recommend it.

The location was excellent, with the water puppet theater, Beer Street, the lake and plenty of other sights all within walking distance. Breakfast was great, and the staff were kind and accommodating. They let us leave our bags in the morning so we could explore before check-in. Our room was small but well maintained, and clean with basic toiletries. I booked through Agoda. It would have been better to have a shampoo holder in the shower, since we had to put our toiletries on the floor. Good value for the price.

We’re on our way to the airport now, and even though our time at the hotel was short, we had a great stay. We’d booked four nights so we could leave for Sapa on the first night, return two days later, and keep our luggage safely stored in the meantime. The staff were very accommodating, and the owner helped us exceptionally well. The rooms were consistently clean and sanitized, and the food was good for the price. They even refunded the airport transfers and then provided them for free, which I really didn’t expect. Such a kind gesture. Thank you, and see you next year!
