I chose the place because it was near the Embassy, and the staff were good, with no issues. The room was okay, and the toilet was clean, but the shower needed cleaning, with soap scum everywhere. The A/C worked, though there was visible dust on the exhaust and wall. The bed seemed clean, but the sheets had dirt spots and need replacing. Housekeeping needs to do better and give the room a deep clean.

I let them know when I would arrive, but on getting there I was told my booked room wasn't available and I'd have to pay extra for a different one. Fortunately, I found a better hotel near Old Quarter.

The lift was strange, but honestly worth trying just for the experience. My room was really clean, and I loved it. The receptionist was very kind, and the extra 200k charge for one more person seemed reasonable. I'd recommend the hotel.

The room was clean and the staff were nice, but noise from people talking and laughing at reception came through. The room should be better insulated from that area.

I couldn't sleep here. Road noise came straight through because there's no insulation, and people were partying, chatting and watching their phones at reception in the middle of the night. Service was nonexistent, and the hotel staff don't know how to manage. Stay away!
