The café is a nice place to sit, and the room and friendly, helpful staff were good. The shower area could be improved, the bathrooms could use more fragrance spray, and guests should be reminded to keep the lobby quiet. As a regular, I’d like a small discount or a free bottle of water or laundry. Still, it’s comfortable and convenient when you’re in Pleiku.

The room smelled awful, and my sister’s room had a strong cigarette odor. It was noisy too, and the security man spoke rudely to you.

The owner was wonderfully helpful after I got into an accident and went above and beyond to assist me. The room was generally okay, standard for a Vietnamese hotel, and the view was quite nice.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the cafeteria's coconut coffee was delicious. The place was easy to find, about 5km from Pleiku Airport. Floors 4 and 5 have good views, the room was comfortable, the washroom clean, and the refrigerator worked fine. There’s no iron, free water, or instant coffee, and breakfast isn’t included. They rent motorcycles and have a garage, with parking outside.
