We couldn't review the rooms because we never got to see one, but the entrance lobby was dirty and full of bugs. Ham long was supposed to be our first stop in Vietnam, and we'd booked a month ahead. After a 14-hour flight, tired and exhausted, we found nobody at reception. We waited 45 minutes and called several numbers left there before reaching a woman whose English was very poor. She said she'd arrive in 10 minutes, but after another half hour we gave up and looked for a hotel with someone actually at reception. Very disappointing.

They say reception is open 24 hours, but when we arrived overnight we couldn't get into the hotel. The person who answered the phone didn't speak English. A really bad experience.
