Being right by the beach is a nice perk, and there are several places nearby for food and drinks. The room was clean overall, though small. The mattress was rock hard, and traffic from the busy street could often be heard. The air conditioning was weak, which made summer uncomfortable. The elevator also broke down now and then, leaving us to climb several flights of stairs.

The place is clean and looks like its photos on Agoda. I liked the space shown in my pictures, so it can still be a good choice if that's what you're after. But the receptionists weren't very welcoming, and the security guard often looked unfriendly. It's across from the beach, though swimming isn't allowed there. The hotel is quite far from Da Nang city center, and My Khe Beach takes about 15 minutes to reach.

The room was just okay. Even after running the air con all night at 18C, it only cooled the room to 26C. The pool was dirty, and the area around it was dangerous and completely wrecked. There's only one small roll of toilet paper per room each day, picked up at reception, so don't get diarrhea. It was also hard to work in the room because sound came through from both the road and the hallway. The road-facing window felt open even when shut, and conversations or kids screaming and playing in the hall sounded like they were in the room.

It's a good price for a 3 star hotel, and the room was large and clean. The hotel isn't in the center, though it's not too far away. Breakfast could use a bit of improvement. If you book a sea-view room, the view is lovely, and you can watch both sunrise and sunset.
