We booked a couple deluxe room a week ahead for August 23-26, 2016, but on arrival they put us in a standard room and said the deluxe rooms were full. They did compensate us with a family room on the ground floor, but the whole experience was awful. The room was fairly clean, though noisy, and someone kept trying to open our door. Staff also didn’t clean it on the second day. The worst part was the internet. Wi-Fi showed a strong signal, but there was no connection. I called reception several times and told the manager the next day, but nothing got fixed. We checked out this morning and couldn’t be happier to leave. Now we’re at Golden bell homestay in Hoi An, and finally feel relaxed again. It’s at 69 Hai Thuong Lan Ong st, Hoi An. I recommend staying there if you go to Hoi An.

The price is good, and the room was clean, quiet, and furnished with fairly new furniture. There are lots of delicious restaurants around, and the hotel is in a good location. The staff were nice too.
