Our room looked out to sea, and the staff were lovely, from reception through housekeeping. The only downside was nighttime noise, but earplugs were enough to deal with it. Downstairs, the Butcher Grill restaurant served a great steak dinner. We loved Da Nang ❤️ The location was excellent, with a quick stroll to the beach one way and restaurants and bars the other.

We stayed one night and had a good time overall. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very courteous. Our room was spacious and well set up, with a nice view of the street. Traffic noise was noticeable but nothing too disruptive. The main drawback was the shower, just a showerhead over the bathtub, which was awkward to use. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and worked well for a short stay.

The room was dirty and mouldy, and nothing like the obviously photoshopped pictures on the booking site. We left and went looking for another hotel just 10 minutes after arriving. I wouldn’t recommend this place, even for a budget stay. There are plenty of better options. The location was good and the service was good, but the room was terrible.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it. The location is prime, close to shops and restaurants, with My Khe Beach just steps away. Staff and management were very friendly, and we’d definitely stay again. We also used their handy laundry service: we dropped off our dirty clothes early and got them back fresh and clean within hours.

It deserves two stars at most. The walls are dirty and need repainting, the French balcony door is broken, the room looks worn out, and wallpaper is peeling in places. The booking site photos make it look amazing, but in reality it’s old, scruffy, and dirty. The location isn’t good either. It’s in the tourists’ centre, and street noise carries in, including karaoke and drunk people.
