The villa is just a short walk from old town, but far enough away from the crowds. Daily housekeeping, fresh water bottles each day, a comfortable bed, and tasty breakfast were all included. The host was attentive and had great food and tour recommendations. Flora was wonderful at her job, and I'd suggest booking activities through her since she can get you the best price. We'd been traveling around southeast Asia for two months, and Hoianian central villa was easily our best stay, even compared with the hotels. On a personal note, it was my birthday, and Flora surprised me with a cake at breakfast.

The staff were so friendly and ready to help with recommendations, rides, and anything else I needed. The villa was comfortable and great value for the money. My room was clean, spacious, well kept, and had everything I needed, with a cozy feel and nice attention to detail. It's in a perfect spot, just a five-minute walk to the Old Town. I'd highly recommend it and would stay again on my next visit.

We felt right at home thanks to Flora, who was incredibly kind and helpful. The location was great too, just a short walk from the old town. Free bikes made it easy to get out to the rice fields and the beach. We'd happily stay here again and recommend it to everyone.
