Green Garden Hoi An was a great deal for the price. The rooms are basic, but clean and really practical, and the breakfast seemed like the best value around, see the picture for proof :-) The owners were very friendly and attentive to what guests needed. Don’t hesitate to ask them for help, even though their English is a little broken. I went in mid October 2025. Hoi An was rainy then, but still a lovely city. Highly recommend staying at this villa, 10/10.

The owners are kind and made us feel very welcome. Our room was lovely and matched what was advertised. Breakfast was tasty and convenient, and there’s a supermarket right next door.

The hosts were lovely and helped arrange buses and tours while we were there. Their restaurant out front serves a delicious breakfast, and our room was very clean with big windows. You can walk to the old quarter, Tra Que village, and the beach. Bikes are available to rent, though the neighborhood is great for walking too, with a market around the corner and everything we needed close by. Staying here was a real pleasure. It felt like home.

The location is nicely placed between Hoi An and An Bang beach, and both are a short cycle ride away. We stayed in November and had a fantastic time. Our room was bright, clean, and had everything we needed. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful, and made us feel at home. They also arranged an airport taxi both ways at a very good price.

The hosts were wonderful and always available, and there’s a market just around the corner. The place is well situated between the beach and the old town. I happened to be there for a family member’s birthday, and they included me in the celebration. I felt lucky to get that cultural experience.
