My Houses Danang Beach

I stayed here for two months in a clean one-bedroom apartment with a comfortable sofa and a washing machine on the balcony. The cleaners came twice a week, and the place stayed spotless. Whenever anything broke, it was fixed promptly. The staff were friendly too. A great place to live in Da Nang.

We spent three months here, my husband and I. There was loads of space for both of us, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The street was quiet, with no nearby building work, so the noise level suited me as a light sleeper. The only noisy one was the "Bun Bao" person, lol. There were eight coffee shops less than 20m away. Thanks to the team for a great stay, and for the chance to meet some lovely people in the neighborhood.

We were here for a month, and it was stressful the whole time. The person living below us smoked constantly, day and night, and the smoke came into our apartment. The living hall had very poor natural lighting, so we had to keep the lights on, and there wasn't a dining table. Construction sites nearby made things noisy and dusty. The security gate was left wide open, so anyone could sneak in. The wifi was extremely slow and unstable. Housekeepers could come into the apartment without permission or advance notice, so there was no privacy. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The apartments were clean and comfortable, and it's easy to walk to food, shops, and the beach. The staff were fantastic. A really good place to stay.
