The water pressure was a little weak, but the beach is an easy five-minute walk. Restaurants and cafes are plentiful nearby, and a Grab to Da Nang’s main tourist spots runs about 50,000-70,000 VND.

The villa felt brand new and was very clean, with a refreshing pool and a peaceful setting. Staff and locals were friendly, and being in the city center made it easy to get around. The beaches are only 150 meters away, and there are lots of tasty restaurants nearby with reasonable prices. A good base for enjoying what Da Nang has to offer.

I arrived already excited because I liked the accommodation so much. The person who kept in touch with me was great, though I’m not sure whether it was the owner. We stayed May 12-14, 2024, and found it clean, well equipped, and in a good spot. The service was friendly, communication was excellent, and for a pool villa the price felt like very good value. Really, everything was great.
