Palm Garden Beach Resort and Spa

The grounds are beautifully maintained, with a stunning pool and plenty of room to relax. The beachfront was clean and calm, and never felt overcrowded. It all had the feel of a private oasis. Our room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. Waking up to the greenery and sounds of nature was a dream. From arrival, the tropical gardens and peaceful atmosphere were matched by genuinely warm hospitality. Palm Garden Resort is a paradise, one of my favorite places I’ve stayed in Vietnam. Mr Thi, ambassador gave great service and managed everything perfectly throughout our stay.

The resort is large and impressive, with a huge heated pool right beside a lovely beach. We had a spacious deluxe double room with a sea view, but the inside was quite dated and ready for a refresh. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 1980s or 90s, and the tap fittings and shower felt low standard. The bed and mattress seemed more like a 3-4 star level than what I’d expect at a 5-star resort. We might stay again, but only if we could inspect the room first.

This was our third stay, and the rooms were comfortable, the facilities just right, and breakfast was great. The staff were excellent across the board, and there are two happy hours as well. Khoa at the Contino Bar and Hahn & Thien at the beach bar deserve a special mention for their service and for being such lovely people. Thanks to Mr Vi for looking after us. We’ll definitely be back next year. Keep up the good work.

We’ve stayed here twice now, and we’re glad we chose to return. On my birthday, 3/3/2026, we came back from dinner to find two staff members waiting outside our room with flowers and a cake with a candle. That kind, attentive gesture meant a lot.
