The home was peaceful and lovely, a welcome place to return to after the bustle of old town, and the pool was amazing. Our beds were comfy, and having filtered water meant we didn’t have to keep buying single-use plastic bottles. Nichola was such a hoot and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. With 7 of us, it was really helpful that he arranged transfers for both arrival and departure. His local tips and recommendations were all 10/10. An amazing stay, I couldn’t fault it!

The pool was beautiful, with a view of the rice patties, and the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Some even came with cold beer. Nicola was an amazing host. It’s a highly recommended place in Hoi An, a 5 minute walk to town and 15 minutes on foot to old town. Thanks to Nicola and family. Ps go to balle well for dinner, it was epic.

We stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed the gardens, which were well kept, and the pool. Our room had a little private veranda with a bench, too. Nicola is a charming host, always ready with tips about the region and Vietnam in general. Definitely recommend it.

A lovely house with big rooms, relaxing terrace areas, and a nice pool. Nikola was very accommodating. It’s a very nice find, not far from Hoi An’s old town, and I’d definitely stay again.
