Palm View Villa Hoi An

We had a fantastic stay. The host went above and beyond to make everything easy, comfortable, and memorable. We felt welcome and well looked after the whole trip. Highly recommend, and we’d love to return.

The villa’s setting was a highlight. We borrowed the free bicycles to ride through the nearby paddy fields, which was memorable, and the staff were so friendly and attentive, always checking that we were comfortable. Our spacious, clean, well-appointed room had a lovely bathtub too. We arrived exhausted and hungry after a late-night flight from Nha Trang, but check-in was quick and smooth. Mr. Bao kindly offered a free airport pickup, and they served pho for dinner with fruit as a welcome treat. Breakfast was included. The choices were somewhat limited, but it was tasty and satisfying. Daily laundry was free, which was a great bonus. There were some bugs at night because of the natural setting with bamboo and trees. We were a little concerned at first, but it didn’t disturb our sleep and we rested very well. We stayed three nights and had a wonderful time. This is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed, and we’d absolutely come back and recommend it to friends. A lovely choice for a holiday in Hoi An.

Bao and the whole staff were incredibly kind and friendly. They handled every request, from arranging cars to meeting all our dietary requirements. The place is quiet, like having your own little oasis. Our room was cleaned daily, laundry was free, and there was a minibar and a private pool for cooling off with a cold drink after hauling my wife's shopping around all day. It’s a 4 min Grab ride into old town, about $2 AU. I can’t fault the place and will be back. Highly recommend it. Thanks to everyone for making our stay memorable.

The mornings started with delicious breakfast, and the private pool and large bath made the stay feel extra special. Our room was beautiful, a calm, luxurious break after the chaos of Hanoi. Bao made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. The location is near the old town and easy to reach by Grab, but still quiet enough to relax. He can help with excursions, travel, and transport, and even let us check in early when our flight arrived well before the usual time. He’s such a warm, genuine person. We loved every minute and would return in a heartbeat.
