Florence Hotel

The rooftop pool was lovely, with both shady spots and sunny places to lie down. This hotel delivers what it promises and what you see in the pictures. The staff are friendly and go the extra distance to make sure your stay is top quality. Highly recommend staying here.

I spent several weeks at the Florence Hotel and was happy with the stay throughout. Tam and Phuong at reception were consistently warm and helpful, and their English was great. Breakfast had a very good buffet, and the little gym had everything I needed. I’ll book here again when I’m back in Da Nang.

We felt genuinely looked after here, which isn’t always the case at hotels in this price range. Phuong, Tam, Lam and Hang made us feel at home and went out of their way for us. The rooms are lovely, with beautiful city views, and breakfast was amazing. We had a great stay at Florence hotel and recommend it wholeheartedly.

For $26 a night, I got a clean room with a king bed and breakfast included. The hotel was quiet because occupancy was low, and I liked the location. Renting a quality motorbike right at the hotel was really convenient. There are plenty of things the hotel could improve, but at that price I found it easy to compromise. If you’re on a budget, I’d recommend it. I was even planning to stay another week because it was quiet and convenient for me, but after my first three days I was told everything was sold out, while the website showed plenty of rooms. That was confusing. The staff are pleasant and polite, though sometimes uninformed. I also raised some criticisms and never got a response link in the reply. The pool is on the seventh floor, yet guests have to go down to the lobby to get towels. Towels should be available at the pool. A very large room I tried to rent had only a bathtub, with no shower at all, not even a handheld one. Hot coffee would be nice, along with cold water or juice. People smoke all over the property, and the poolside ashtray was overflowing with cigarette butts. The lobby is hot, so some fans there would help.
