Silkotel made for a comfortable, pleasant one-night stay in Hoi An. My room was very clean, and all the staff were kind and helpful, which made the trip more enjoyable. Alice and Tina stood out for being especially friendly and attentive. Their warm welcome left a strong impression. I’d highly recommend staying here if you visit Hoi An! 😊

We’ve stayed at Silkotel twice now and enjoyed it both times. The reception team, Lyn, Violet and Daisy, were always cheerful and very helpful. The rooms are clean and well furnished, and breakfast was the usual hotel buffet fare. One of the best things is how close it is to the Old Town, just a few minutes on foot. It’s reasonably priced, and I thoroughly recommend it.

We had a family connecting room with loads of space, and the beds were the most comfortable we slept in during our time in Vietnam. It’s a very short walk to the ancient town, and the location is great. The staff were welcoming and provided great service. Breakfast was okay, with decent choices, and the pool was a decent size too.

The location is amazing, very close to the old town, and the staff were welcoming, kind, and helpful. The breakfast team were cheerful and friendly too. There isn’t much room to walk around the pool, but the pool area is still decent. We had a very relaxing stay and highly recommend the hotel.

The location was excellent, with food options and the ancient town within a 10-minute walk. There were plenty of laundry shops and convenience stores around the corner. The price was great, the pool was very chilled, and my room was excellent and fairly quiet. The service and staff were top notch, especially the friendly, helpful front-of-house team and the lovely F&B manager. I’d be happy to stay again.
