The place was super quiet, and there’s a really nice gym nearby along with some good restaurants. It was quite a walk to downtown or the citadel, though, so I ended up taking a lot of taxis. The room was okay, with plenty of space, two beds and nice decor, but it wasn’t very clean. There were lots of little spots and other marks, like nothing had been wiped down. I also noticed a damp smell and signs of high humidity. We kept the AC on, which made the smell fade and dried the floorboards. I’d think the floors could develop mold over time, and cleaning or replacing them would cost more than keeping the AC running, so I’m surprised by that choice. The service was okay, too. We’d rather have had no room cleaning, but they still came in to change towels and take the trash. We had to ask for soap and toilet paper, and they didn’t always leave more water bottles.

The reception lady was helpful, despite the problems. Our room was spacious, but there were ants in both the room and bathroom. I asked to switch, but there were no other rooms available except one with a detached bathroom. I spent the whole night trying to kill the ants by hand. This place needs pest control and a deeper clean. It’s also pretty far from the main street.

The room was exactly like the picture, with a super comfy bed and thick sheets that kept us warm while the AC was on. It was huge, had two balconies, and smelled amazing, like lemon. The private bathroom was beautiful, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There’s Netflix and YouTube on the TV, too. We were so happy we came, this is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in on our travels. The front desk staff were super helpful and kind. They brought fresh towels, toilet paper and water in the morning. There’s also a cute cafe downstairs that we were planning to check out 🥰💛

The staff were so welcoming and kind, which made the stay feel special. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed, and laundry and bike rental were handy services. I’m still thinking about the coconut milk coffee, cà phê sữa dừa ❤️, the best coffee I’ve ever had. I loved the place and would happily return.
