I stayed here before on a business trip, and it was amazing. The concierge and front desk team were excellent, really friendly and helpful. The room is always clean, and the service was great. 😍🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

The room was clean, and the building looked new, but the air conditioner barely worked even with it set to 16°C on full power. We could also hear the neighbors talking, and there was no hot water. I called the front desk; someone came to check it and told us to wait, but the same problems were there the next morning. I wouldn't recommend it. I also wonder whether most of the five-star reviews were written by staff.

The reception staff weren't good. They didn't seem professional.

From 00:00 on 15/01 until 17:00 on 17/01, they billed me for three days. The room key was broken too. Bad experience. It felt like the staff were deliberately taking customers' money. I won't come back.

The staff were really nice, and the room was both beautiful and very clean. The location was great too. I'd highly recommend it as a place to stay on a trip to Hochiminh city.
