PĀMA Boutique Hotel & Bistro Danang

We enjoyed it enough to book again for next month. The hotel has a pleasant bar with seats indoors and outside, and live music plays in the evenings until 22.00. Our huge 55m3 suite had an ocean view, a spacious bathroom and a hot tob. It was well equipped with a hair dryer, hanteren straightener, iron and board, make-up cleansing oil, and beach towels. Breakfast had a good range of Western and Asian food, though the breakfast room is quite small. It’s a stunning boutique hotel in a top location, just a few minutes from the beach, with lots of restaurants, bars, shops and spa's nearby.

The people at Pāma Hotel helped turn a travel disaster into a memory I’ll never forget. I was travelling alone in Da Nang when I lost my smartphone at the beach, leaving me panicked and without any other electronic devices. The receptionist let me use the front desk computer to find my bank’s emergency number, then lent me her own phone for expensive international calls to Malaysia. I managed to freeze my accounts and avoid financial loss. The owner also called my lost phone from his own device. After I returned to my country, I tracked its live location using "Find My Device" and sent the link to him. He went all the way to the beach, asked around and spent a long time looking for it. The phone wasn’t recovered, but I was deeply moved by the staff and owner’s kindness, honesty and empathy. They treated me like family when I was vulnerable. The hotel itself is modern, very clean, well located and extremely comfortable. The people make it truly priceless. If you’re visiting Da Nang, I highly recommend Pāma Hotel. I don’t usually leave Google reviews, but Palma Bistro made me want to share. The food is excellent across the menu, though I keep returning for the salmon with mashed potatoes and the pizzas. I’m from Scandinavia, so I’m especially fond of salmon, and they do it really well. The atmosphere is warm and lively, with laughter, great live music and a fantastic team. Louis and the bar staff deserve a special mention for making you feel at home as soon as you arrive. If you’re in Da Nang and want a great night out, stop by. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Perfect for a beach trip, with the shore just a three-minute walk away and restaurants, cafes and shops all around. The room is simple but has plenty of useful things, including beach towels, flip flops, a hair clip and cleansing oil to remove dirt and sunscreen. The bathroom layout is a little odd, but it didn’t really matter, lol. The food is great too. And don’t forget to say hello to the hotel doggie, so cute!
