Santorin Villa Hoi An

Getting to the city center takes about a 20-minute walk, but they provide free bicycles. The pool looks great in photos, and the room was spacious and clean. At reception, all the ladies were very friendly and helpful, which made our time in Hoi An a really positive experience. They can rent you a scooter, suggest restaurants and tailors, arrange transfers, and book sightseeing tours if you need them. It’s a full-service place that helps make a Hoi An stay comfortable, not just somewhere to sleep for a couple of nights. I highly recommend it.

The pool is outside, and Hoi An proper is nearby. A Grab ride there is very cheap. We enjoyed the villa, and the room we booked was comfortable for four and even had a bathtub. My only comment is about the air-conditioning: the room is huge, so it took a while to cool down, and the AC capacity didn’t seem suited to its size. I can still recommend this place.

The calm, cozy atmosphere and clean rooms were lovely, but it was the people who made the place unforgettable. Over my 10 days at Santorin Vietnam, the family and staff made me feel welcome from the start, more like I was at home than in a hotel. They checked on me every day, helped with whatever I needed, and shared conversations and smiles. Their care felt heartfelt, and you can sense how much love and soul they put into the place. Thank you to the whole family for treating me like one of your own. I’m deeply grateful and will definitely come back. You leave with a memory as well as a room. ❤️

The pool was beautiful and the rooms were really clean and great. I loved staying here and would come back in a heartbeat. The people who work here are amazing and so helpful with activities. They pointed us to the best tailor we experienced in Hoi a. Everything was an ideal walking distance too. If I could give six stars, I would.
