We had a quiet, comfortable double room on the first floor, with plenty of space and everything clean and tidy. The hosts were friendly and informative, and breakfast was a nice extra. Very good value, and a great pick if you're after an affordable stay.

The hotel was okay apart from a couple of things. The room itself was large and clean, but the lobby photo with the big sofa and table is misleading: the owners' family uses that space all the time, so visitors can't really use it. Coming back and seeing them living there felt awkward at times. They also smoke a lot, which was especially bothersome at breakfast. We only ate breakfast there once, then went out for the rest of our mornings.

We had agreed on 100k dong per day for each of the two scooters after the host first quoted 125k dong per scooter per day. The bikes that arrived were in very poor shape: one broke down at a busy intersection in Da Nang, and the other had buckled wheels and pulled left. At checkout, the host charged us 125k dong anyway and insisted we pay, ignoring us when we reminded her of the price we'd agreed on. I wouldn't recommend this homestay because of that. Don't stay here.

A nice homestay in town. The room was much bigger than I expected and clean, too. You can walk about 15 minutes to get to accident town.

We were quoted one price for the motorbikes, then charged extra at checkout. The host wouldn't change the amount, so it felt like a pretty dodgy way to handle it.
