Greenery Hotel

We only lasted one night, although we'd booked several. The pool was dirty, the rooms looked old and unclean, and there wasn't a gym, despite the online photos making the place look lovely. The price listed online was much lower than what they charged at the hotel, apparently double. We also tried to sit in the empty restaurant to get some work done, but a staff member waved us away with “go, go.” The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. When we asked for a refund because the place didn't match the photos, they refused to give us all of it, and we spent over an hour arguing with them. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The receptionist was kind and really supportive, but we won't be returning. The breakfast was the worst I've ever had at a hotel. The photos look nice, though the place itself is a bit old, and our room hadn't been renovated and wasn't very nice. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel.

It's in a good spot, but the place feels tired and could use a proper clean, especially the bathrooms. Breakfast was limited, and some food seemed to be from the day before. I personally wouldn't recommend staying here.

The breakfast was awful: ants were crawling over the food, and nearly every dish had pork in it. For anyone who doesn't eat pork, the only choices were plain bread, butter, and jam. In our room, the air conditioning didn't work, and we found ants in both the bed and bathroom. Staff ignored our requests for help and were rude and unhelpful. We booked two rooms as a family of three, but were first put on separate floors, in the last rooms at the ends of the corridors. After a long argument and outside intervention, we were moved to the same floor, but into different room categories. One had twin beds instead of a double for couples, which was an unacceptable way to start. The lack of cleanliness, management, and customer service made this a horrifying stay and ruined our time in Da Nang. I'd strongly advise travellers to avoid this hotel.
