HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa

The rooftop lounge, bar, and pool had great views, and reception, like most things, was available 24/7. I was there for 2 nights and had a pleasant stay. The hotel is opposite the beach, alongside a strip of restaurants and coffee shops. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was really good. Rooms were spacious and clean. There was construction work, but it didn’t bother me at all. The staff apologized and gave me a discount on the spa. The treatment was super relaxing, and the lady who did it was great. No throughout at any point during my stay. Ideal location, and I’d stay here again. Thank you!

The breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty of fresh Western and Asian choices, and my room had great air conditioning and a good shower. I spent seven nights at Haian with no plans beyond relaxing in the sun, and it suited that perfectly. The beach is just across the road, while cafes, restaurants, shops, and the town center are only minutes away. Everyone on staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. I’m already planning to come back to Da Nang next winter and stay here again.

This was one of my most memorable stays in Vietnam, and the location was a big reason why. My Khe Beach is right across the road with actual access, and the city is easy to reach too. Major restaurants are nearby. The room was very good, a little old but well looked after, though the rooms and shared areas could use some renovation. For the price, it was still very good value.

We had a spacious room with a large bathroom and a separate sofa lounge, which was great for unwinding after our baby went to sleep. I’d ask for an ocean view. The rooftop infinity pool is beautiful, and the dedicated baby play area made traveling with our little one easier. The hotel was very clean, and I felt comfortable giving my baby the food there. Breakfast had a great range of delicious options, especially the fresh noodle soup made right in front of you, so feeding the baby was stress free. From the moment we arrived, the staff did a lot to make our stay special. Eiri checked in with us on WhatsApp a few times and made the service feel personal. After checkout I realized I’d left my daughter’s shoes behind. Eiri kindly arranged to have them shipped to our next hotel and made sure they arrived safely. That care meant a lot to us. I’d definitely consider this hotel when visiting Da Nang with a baby.
