Hilton Da Nang

The hotel is immaculate and sits in a beautiful, convenient spot along the Han River. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection and great quality. From arrival onward, the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They checked in regularly to see if I needed anything, which made the stay feel welcoming and seamless. Tri and Hoa were wonderful when I dined in the restaurant. They helped throughout my visit with warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Their effort deserves recognition, and they’re a real asset to the hotel. I’d also like to commend the manager for running such an organized, professional operation.

The service really stood out during our five nights at Hilton Da Nang. A few days before arrival, guest services emailed to ask about food allergies, a thoughtful touch. As diamond members, we were checked in at the Executive Lounge on the 27th floor. Thy, the guest service manager, was warm and attentive there, and the lounge had juices, Vietnamese coffee, plenty of teas, beer, and daily cocktails. Happy hour ran from 5:30-7:30 pm with drinks and light bites. Hung, a trainee, and a few other staff were careful about my cilantro allergy. Linh at the front desk also pointed us to a convenient same-day laundry service. We ate breakfast there all five mornings. The spread leaned toward Eastern dishes, including congee, Vietnamese noodle soups, steamed bao, stir-fries, fresh fruit, and juice. The iced Vietnamese coffee was especially good. When I wasn’t feeling well, Thuy recommended ginger green tea, then remembered to offer it again the next day. She remembered us because our room, 2206, matched her birthday! Our room was clean and comfortable. It showed some age, but housekeeping did an excellent job. Wi-Fi was reliable, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure was strong with hot water, and four complimentary bottles were replenished daily. We also appreciated that housekeeping removed their shoes before entering. The Vietnamese decor was a nice local touch. The heated pool was enjoyable, and the attendant helped set up loungers and umbrellas. When we said the water felt cool in the wind, staff adjusted the temperature. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Han Market. One small complaint: the bathrobes were thin and got stained, which doesn’t seem right for a five-star hotel. It would also be nice to add egg coffee to the menu :) We really enjoyed our stay.

The lounge breakfast was a calm, high-quality start to the day, especially since breakfast on the second floor can get busy. Thy and Oanh made the lounge visits even better with their warm hospitality. I also received a lovely suite upgrade, which made an already comfortable stay feel special. I spent five nights at Hilton Da Nang and was delighted with the experience. I’ll be back next month without hesitation, highly recommended!

Club floor access came with a lounge offering a good selection of drinks and snacks, and felt like great value. The hotel may not be the most high-end in its group, but it’s affordable and very conveniently located. Since it’s a well-known landmark, ride-hailing pickups and drop-offs were always easy. Staff were friendly, though the elevators could get crowded at peak season. I stayed with two other adults in a 2-Bedroom Presidential Suite. It was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room even when friends staying elsewhere came to visit. The living area’s huge windows looked out over the Da Nang riverfront at night, and the sofa by the glass made a breezy spot for drinks. It’s a great base for a group trip.
