Hoa Mau Don Homestay

The rooms were spacious and the location made it easy to walk to places. But the beds were uncomfortable, and whenever we turned on the water, one room smelled of sewage. In the other, the bathroom door wouldn't shut, the aircon barely worked, and most of the sockets were dead. We were told the 1.5l bottle in the fridge cost 10k, so assumed the 500ml bottles were complimentary, as they have been at every other hotel or homestay we've used. When we were leaving, they said we owed 10k for each small bottle. It felt like a scam and left us annoyed, especially since our Grab had arrived and we had no time to argue. We'd had no earlier problems with the owners, but this left a sour taste.

The owner was so kind and cheerful, and helped us with everything. Our room was also big and comfortable, and for such a low price it was a really good deal. The location is perfect too, with everything close enough to walk to.

The staff were friendly, and the whole place felt comfortable. Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The hotel was pleasant and clearly well kept. I had a great stay and would happily come back.

Hoi An's center was close by, but the place was quiet enough. The rooms were beautiful, and the owners were friendly. A great place to stay.
