The beach is only a few minutes away, and the room was clean with everything we needed. The staff were really friendly and understanding. I especially appreciated that the bathroom has a proper door instead of a glass window or sliding door, which gives you privacy. Of the five hotels we tried to book through Booking.com, this was the only one that didn’t cancel at the last minute with outrageous explanations. I’m genuinely thankful to the staff for that.

I spent about a month in room 301 in November, during rainy season. The only small downside was how damp the room felt. At least my body seemed to absorb the moisture in the air, so I didn’t need to drink much. ;) Otherwise, it was a good stay. The owners were nice, the staff were great, and the place felt safe, clean, and affordable. The cleaning lady was especially awesome.

Definitely below average for Da Nang. I kept having to ask for the complimentary small bottle of water that was included, and it felt like they didn’t really want to give it to me, even though it’s a small thing. They also didn’t clean the floor. They changed the towels and made the bed, but left the same sheets.

The manager wouldn’t move me to another room or offer compensation, even though I’d specifically booked one with a window after checking the photos and description. The room I got had no window or fresh air. The bed linen was dirty too. I asked not to be disturbed and requested no cleaning during my two-night stay, but they came in anyway without my permission. Scammers!

The hotel is very close to the beach, about a five-minute walk, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. My room was quiet, clean, safe, and comfortable for resting. The staff were friendly and helped with everything we asked for. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
