The laundry service was exceptional. At another place, some of our clothes had been stained in the wash, so we brought those same damaged items here. We didn’t even explain what had happened, but they came back looking like new. The restaurant food was delicious, and breakfast was very good. Little Gem Hotel is in a quiet area near local restaurants, which made it easy to avoid the most touristy crowds while still being close to things. They offer free bicycles for exploring Hoi An. The staff were attentive, kind, and ready to help, and the hotel felt fresh, carefully designed, and well cared for. Our room was spotless and relaxing, with an extremely comfortable bed that helped us sleep well every night. Everything exceeded our expectations. It’s the best place to stay in Hoi An, and we’d return without hesitation.

The pool was easy to get to, with shaded spots and lovely views across the city, especially around sunset. We also made great use of the free bikes, which got us into the old town in just a few minutes. We had a brilliant four-night stay at Little Gem Hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, and our room was quiet with good air conditioning. We also received a free foot massage, lunch, and airport transfer as extra benefits for staying four nights. I’d highly recommend it.

We had a quiet, comfortable room that was kept in great shape, and the staff made us feel warmly welcomed whenever we came and went. At arrival, our bags were taken into the lobby and delivered right to the room, and Sophia gave us a friendly, informative welcome. Little Gem arranged our return airport transfers, a private driver to Ba Na Hills, laundry, and a two-hour spa package. Each was easy to organise and went smoothly. We also joined a walking tour with Mia, the Hotel Manager. Her love for the city really came through and made it special. We had an amazing four nights and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks to Little Gem, Mia, and Sophia for making it so enjoyable and memorable.

Trip Advisor wouldn’t let me post this because I mentioned helpful staff by name, so I’m trying here. We had a fantastic stay, and the staff were so friendly. Sophia and Chloe were especially wonderful. The rooms were fabulous, the buffet breakfast was great, and the spa massage was the best we’ve had, very professional and relaxing. Highly recommend!

We stayed three nights and didn’t want to leave. Mia and her team took the time to learn what we wanted to do and offered great recommendations. They arranged a tour, helped with airport pickup and drop-off, and sorted motorbike rentals. The hotel was peaceful, with beautiful, clean, quiet rooms. There are restaurants and shops nearby, and Hoi An ancient town is about a five-minute drive or a 15-20 minute walk away. Thank you, Mia and the Little Gem team. It was an excellent stay. I can’t wait to come back for a swim in the rooftop pool!
