The cockroaches were the most annoying part, so keep your suitcase zipped up. The location is good, near the city center and not far from the airport. The staff were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was OK, but took quite a while, and the coffee could be better.

Jenny at reception met me at my taxi and took fabulous care of me from then on. Nothing was too much trouble, and she speaks perfect English. She could arrange anything in the hotel or city. An absolute delight and a credit to the hotel and her country. Thank you so much.
4/10
When we arrived, they said there were no rooms available, even though I'd booked online. We chose their offer to transfer us to another of their hotels that had a room, rather than pay extra for a larger room.
2/10
We had booked this hotel, but on arrival they said they would move us to another one, which reception called their second hotel. That felt like cheating. The hotel we ended up in was very different from the one we booked.
2/10
Worst hotel I've ever seen. The restaurant is dirty too. I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
