2/10
I booked a double room several days ahead, but when I arrived they said nothing was available. The receptionist was rude and didn’t know how to address a guest. With behavior like that, maybe I should be the boss at home instead of the receptionist. The customer service is terrible.
2/10
The shared room is noisy, as usual, and the toilet was clogged and wouldn’t flush. The receptionist’s attitude was bad too. He just sat talking to guests without even standing up.
2/10
The staff were really unpleasant.
8/10
Small rooms, but clean and tidy.
8/10
It’s a little tricky to find the entrance. Maybe that’s part of what makes the place special.
