A clean, simple place for the money, with a lovely location and a friendly owner. It worked perfectly as a base for exploring the center.

The biggest issue for us was that, over our two days, we never saw any staff after check-in. We couldn't find anyone morning or evening to ask questions, get something, or sort out a problem. It felt like a ghost hotel. The room itself had no windows, though it did have air conditioning, and the shower and toilet were combined. Shampoo and gel were provided, but there was only one towel for the two of us. We also couldn't find WiFi, and the synthetic sheets were clean but too hot to sleep under. There was an elevator, and the room door used a key card. We'd moved from an older, dirty, noisy area to a newer place closer to the center and all the spots for walks, so the location was great. The hotel was generally clean and fresh, and we watched them install the reception desk. They don't clean under the bed. For me, the price should be no more than 1,300 rubles a night. It's fine if you just want to toss your things on the bed.

The room was about what I expected for the price and location. There was no WiFi or doormat, but I wasn't expecting anything beyond that.

New, clean rooms at a reasonable price, and the area is quiet. The reception staff are friendly too. A mini-fridge is the one thing missing, hopefully Home will think about adding one.
