JW Marriott Hotel & Suites Saigon, The Apartments

Khuong remembered all our names and asked about our outings when we came back. He also suggested places that matched our interests, which made us feel right at home. It was our first visit to Vietnam, and the whole family had a wonderful trip at Jw Marriott. We arrived around 1am, but could still order from the room service menu. Breakfast was delicious, with pho, pancakes, Korean, Chinese, Indian and other cuisines. The hotel is handy for shopping and good places to eat, and the staff were kind and attentive to everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!

The lobby was the one letdown, since it was still being renovated and we had to wait for our Grab in the humid heat. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and breakfast had plenty of choice, including pho that the kids loved. At check-in, the club lounge service was exceptional. They even brought coconut for me and my children.

Breakfast was high quality, with Indian and Korean options among the choices, so there was something for different tastes. We stayed three nights in connecting rooms. They were spacious and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel also provides some amenities that other places have stopped offering. I can’t comment on the gym or pool because they were being renovated, and we only got to use them on the apartment side. A good place to stay.

Tommy made things especially easy, even arranging a driver for my trip to Mui Ne when I had a special request. That helped make the stay relaxed, and everyone was warm and welcoming. I was impressed by the service at JW Marriott, and also enjoyed the facilities, breakfast, pool and gym. A really great stay!
