Nice building!

The building is next to Van Thanh Park and close to Landmark 81, Saigon Bridge, Nguyen Huu Canh overpass, Van Thanh pedestrian bridge, Van Thanh train station, and Van Thanh Park. Even 15 years after handover, the outside still shows no signs of deterioration.

The design is minimalist, the surroundings are quiet, and there are lots of nearby amenities, including supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment building is next to Van Thanh Park, making it convenient to get to the train station. The road is close to the city center, though it gets very busy during holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year).

Banks, supermarkets, and Van Thanh market are close by, and the area has a breezy feel along the river. The simply designed, rectangular building sits right at the exit, facing Saigon Bridge toward Dong Nai and Vung Tau.
