We got in by bus from ha giang at 5 a.m., and the hosts let us check in right then. We were so grateful. We just had to call when we were outside the homestay. The family-run place feels welcoming and cute, and you see the family cooking, cleaning, and going about their day. Our room was spacious and had a fan, air conditioning, a fridge, and a kettle. Breakfast was quite nice, and we also had lunch and dinner there. Both the food and the choices were really good. They rent motorbikes for 150k and bicycles for 50k a day, and both were in very good condition. Laundry cost 40k/kg and was ready in a day. It’s a good base, about a 10-minute bike ride to Mua caves and 25 minutes to tam coc. It’s quiet enough, except for some roosters in the morning. I’d stay again for sure and highly recommend it.

The rooms are clean and roomy, and you can rent a bicycle there to get around to all the places. Ha Lan Honestay has such a sweet family. We loved staying here and can really recommend it. Cảm ơn!

The staff were friendly and gave us useful tips on where to go and how much time to allow at each place. The location worked well, too, since we could bike to all the local attractions in about 20 minutes. We loved having free breakfast, a swimming pool, and inexpensive bike hire. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ninh Binh!

Everyone was extremely kind and accommodating, and it’s an easy bike ride from here to pretty much anything in the area. The place was really comfortable, and the restaurant food was amazing. Breakfast is included if you stay overnight.

The pool was a lovely place to hang out, and the rooms and beds were comfortable. The food was affordable and really delicious. We spent three nights here, and choosing this place was a great decision. The family made us feel so welcome. Thanks for being so hospitable. We’d come back anytime.
